Injection molding machines

As part of the plastics processing service, we offer advice on the design and implementation of injection molds and injection molding of thermoplastic materials. We have a modern set of injection molding machines from the company ALLROUNDER series ARBURG with the latest SELOGICA control. The machines work in automatic or semi-automatic mode (spraying of parts with horizontal division). We have seven machines with the following parameters:

Injection molding machines have a wide range of additional equipment to control and automate the production process:

  • WITTMANN water thermostats - process temperatures from 10ºC - 120 ºC;
  • programmable manipulators (picker-s) for receiving ingots from GEIGER;
  • SEPRO robot for collecting moldings from the device and stacking and layering in containers;
  • WANNER and WITTMANN station mills connected to the automatic material feeding system;
  • dedicated conveyors to collect the finished element.
We repair and regenerate used forms in our own locksmith's workshop.

Central cooling system for injection molding machines and tools

A double mold cooling system was used at the injection molding department. The first cooling circuit with a set temperature of 10ºC is used to cool molds. The second cooling circuit with a set temperature of 25ºC is used to cool injection molding machines and additionally molds.
Cooling takes place in two external devices:
  • DAIKIN chiller (at 8ºC ambient temperature)
  • GREEN BOX wind cooler (at 8ºC ambient temperature)
A constant level of cooling water is provided by an automated compact heat exchanger station.

Central feeding and drying system

PIOVAN plastic granules drying system equipped with a dryer with molecular sieves and six drying funnels with temperature control, with capacities from 30 to 150 liters.
Central feeding system of plastic granules from PIOVAN, which includes a vacuum pump and feeders on injection molding machines.
PIOVAN dosing system that allows dosing material in the form of granules through volumetric dispensers with the ability to record multiple calibrations. It is possible to precisely add the material used for dyeing, refining, and support of the injection process.
These systems ensure process stability, consistent quality and high efficiency.

Ultrasonic welders

They enable permanent connection of thermoplastic elements as a result of local heating of two surfaces to be joined.
For proper welding, you must first design and make the appropriate sonotrode

We have two welders with the following parameters:

  1. BRANSON 2000IW+20
    Basic data:
    • 2200W power, high amplitude transducer;
    • 20 kHz frequency with auto-tuning;
    • accuracy of setting operation time 1 millisecond;
    • linear optical encoder, resolution: 0.0025mm;
    • position vortex welding;
    • maximum detail pressure: 2.8kN ;
    • dynamic clamping range: 67N ÷ 890N;
    • height adjustment: 350 mm;
    • microprocessor-based controller with setting memory;
  1. MECASONIC OMEGA III MCA
    Basic data:
    • power: 2000W;
    • frequency: 20 and 30 kHz;
    • position vortex welding;
    • height adjustment: 350 mm;
    • alphanumeric display, power indicator;
