I. General Concepts
- Regulations – these regulations
- Service – the internet service "zamel.com", operating at the address https://zamel.com
- Service Provider – the company "ZAMEL Sp z o.o." with the registered office address: Zielona 27, 43-200 Pszczyna, Poland, NIP: 638000669, KRS: 0000384737,
- Service Recipient – any natural person, gaining access to the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- The Regulations define the rules of operation and use of the Service and define the scope of rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The subject of the Service Provider’s services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials or web applications and electronic forms
- All possible content, articles and information containing the characteristics of tips or advice published in the Service are only a general set of information and are not directed to individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Recipients.
- The Service Recipient takes full responsibility for the way of using the materials made available within the Service, including for using them in accordance with the applicable law.
- The Service Provider does not provide any warranty as to the usefulness of the materials placed in the Service.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages incurred by Service Recipients or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risk associated with the use of the Service, and in particular with the use and exploitation of information placed in the Service, is borne by the Service Recipient using the services of the Service.
III. Terms of use of the Service
- Use of the Service by each of the Service Recipients is free and voluntary.
- Service Recipients are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and other documents constituting its integral part and must accept its provisions in full in order to continue using the Service.
- Service Recipients may not use any personal data obtained in the Service for marketing purposes.
- Technical requirements for using the Service:
- a device with a display that allows displaying web pages,
- internet connection,
- any web browser that displays web pages in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports websites provided in HTML5,
- enabled JavaScript support,
- enabled Cookie files support
- In order to ensure the safety of the Service Provider, Service Recipients and other Service Recipients using the Service, all Service Recipients using the Service should follow the generally accepted network security rules,
- Actions performed personally by Service Recipients or using software are prohibited:
- without written consent, decompilation and analysis of the source code,
- without written consent, causing excessive load on the Service server,
- without written consent, attempts to detect gaps in the Service’s security and server configuration,
- attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could harm the Service’s software, other Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
- attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could track or steal data from Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
- taking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service or preventing the realization of the purpose for which the Service operates.
- In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential possibility of a Cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Service Recipients should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem / threat and secure the interests of all Service Recipients.
IV. Conditions and rules of registration
- Service Recipients can use the Service without the need to register.
- Service Recipients must be registered and have an account in the Service to use additional services provided in the Service, available only to Service Recipients after logging in.
- Registration in the Service is voluntary.
- Registration in the Service is free of charge.
- Each Service Recipient can have only one account in the Service.
- Technical requirements related to account registration:
- having an individual e-mail account,
- Service Recipients registering in the Service express their consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Recipient to the extent to which they were entered into the Service during the registration process and their subsequent changes or deletion.
- The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete the accounts of Service Recipients at its own discretion, thereby disabling or limiting access to individual or all services, content, materials and resources of the Service, in particular if the Service Recipient violates the Regulations, generally applicable legal provisions, social coexistence rules or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Service Recipients, the legitimate interest of the Service Provider and third parties cooperating or not with the Service Provider.
- All services of the Service can be changed in terms of their content and scope, added or subtracted, and also temporarily suspended or access to them may be limited, according to the free decision of the Service Provider, without the possibility of raising objections in this respect by Service Recipients.
- Additional security rules for using the account:
- Service Recipients registered in the Service are prohibited from providing their login and password to their account to third parties.
- The Service Provider has no right and will never ask the Service Recipient for the password to the selected account.
- Deleting an account:
- Each Service Recipient having an account in the Service has the possibility of independently deleting the account from the Service.
- Service Recipients can do this after logging into the panel in the Service.
- Deleting an account results in the deletion of all identification data of the Service Recipient and anonymization of the username and e-mail address.
V. Conditions of providing the Newsletter service
- Service Recipients can use the Service without the need to subscribe to the Newsletter.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is voluntary.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is free of charge.
- Technical requirements related to the Newsletter service:
- having an individual e-mail account,
- Conditions for providing the Newsletter service:
- providing an individual e-mail account in the electronic form,
- verification of the given e-mail account by activating the link sent to it,
- expressing consent to receive e-mail notifications,
- Scope of the Newsletter service:
- notification about new news, entries, competitions, and other promotional actions related to the services of the Service,
- notification about promotional actions of the Service partners (Marketing messages),
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
- Each Service Recipient subscribed to the Newsletter service has the possibility of independently unsubscribing from the Service.
- Service Recipients can do this through the link placed in each sent e-mail message.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the deletion of the given e-mail address from the Service Provider’s database.
VI. Conditions of communication and provision of other services in the Service
- The Service provides services and tools that allow Service Recipients to interact with the Service in the form of:

- The Service provides contact data in the form of:
- E-mail address
- Contact phone
- In case of contact of the Service Recipient with the Service Provider, personal data of the Service Recipients will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", constituting an integral part of the Regulations.
VII. Collection of data about Service Recipients
In order to properly provide services by the Service, secure the legal interest of the Service Provider and in order to ensure the compliance of the Service’s operation with the applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes some data about Users via the Service.
In order to properly provide services, the Service uses and saves some anonymous information about the Service Recipient in cookies.
The scope, purposes, method and rules of data processing are available in the attachments to the Regulations: „GDPR Information Obligation” and in „Privacy Policy„, constituting an integral part of the Regulations.
- Data collected automatically:
For the efficient operation of the Service and for statistics, we automatically collect some data about the Service Recipient. These data include:- IP address

- Opened subpages of the service
- Time spent on the appropriate subpage of the service
- Type of operating system
- Address of the previous subpage
- Address of the referring page
- Browser language
- Internet connection speed
- Internet service provider
- Anonymous demographic data based on Google Analytics data:

- Age
- Interests
The above data are obtained through the Google Analytics script and are anonymous.

VIII. Copyright
- The owner of the Service and the copyrights to the service is the Service Provider.
- Some of the data posted on the Service are protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions and third parties, not associated in any way with the Service Provider, and are used on the basis of obtained licenses, or based on a free license.
- On the basis of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright law, it is forbidden to use, copy, reproduce in any form and store in search systems excluding the Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn search engines any articles, descriptions, photos and any other content, graphic materials, video or audio located in the Service without written consent or consent transmitted by Electronic Communication of their legal owner.
- In accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright law, simple press information, understood as information alone, without the author’s comment and assessment, is not subject to protection. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from the texts posted on the service, but not copying the whole or part of the articles unless this has been marked in a particular material made available in the Service.
IX. Changes to the Regulations
- All provisions of the Regulations may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
- Information about the change of the Regulations will be sent by Electronic Way to the Service Recipients registered in the Service.
- In the event of a change in the Regulations, its provisions come into effect immediately after its publication for Service Recipients who do not have an account in the Service.
- In the event of a change in the Regulations, its provisions come into effect with a 7-day transition period for Service Recipients who have accounts in the Service registered before the change of the Regulations.
- It is considered that every Service Recipient, continuing to use the Service after changing the Regulations, accepts it in full.
X. Final provisions
- The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the services of the Service are offered continuously. However, it does not bear any responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Recipients, third parties or the activity of external automatic programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted on the Service at the time chosen by the Service Provider, without the need to notify in advance the Service Recipients using the services of the Service.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely or partially disable the Service in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance, without prior notice to the Service Recipients.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service, without prior notice to the Service Recipients.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign in part or in whole any of its rights and obligations related to the Service, without the consent and the possibility of expressing any objections by the Service Recipients.
